Dentist Update

My dentist surgeon and situation keeps changing as my parents find a different doctor. I will be going to the dentist on Wednesday at 3 p.m. to get my two wisdom teeth taken out. I will be getting needles and staying awake during the process. It should be an interesting experience. Some second cousin of… Read More »

Prayer Needed

I need wisdom and need to pray more. Here are some really cool promises of God. He answers prayer. As we pray for divine intervention, often we find that we ourselves are changed the most. “Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart.” – Psalm 37:4 “Dear friends,… Read More »

Basketball

Trimmed some bushes outside. It is fun making them nice looking. I pruned dead branches, kind of like the bible passage. Then I played one on one basketball with Josh. (No one else was at the park.)

Almost back to normal

I’m glad my voice is coming back. As I was getting over this cough, I would cough the most when I talked, so that kept me silent. Tonight I will be able to speak to my parents more, which I didn’t really do the last week. They will need to be good listeners.

Conference

This past weekend, I went to summer conference and the speaker was Dr. Jue. He is 33 years old, single, and is the only Chinese faculty member at Westminister Philadelphia. This is such a small world. Surprisingly, he has read some of the stuff of Dr. Schaeffer, Dr. Gordon, and other teachers at Grove City… Read More »
